Stephen Feber was appointed project director to oversee the creation of a mixed use scheme for the land around the National Railway Museum. This 16 acre site is a key component of the larger York Central development . The scheme was developed with Fletcher Priest, West 8 and Imagination. Scheme value £300 million.
