We were commissioned to provide a feasibility study and business plan review for this prestigious national centre for photography at Margam, near Port Talbot, south Wales.

This is an 800 acre multi use site run by Neath Port Talbot Borough Council. The review required a complete re-write of the existing business plan, advice on operations, marketing, audience levels, legal agreements and commercial development of the new facility.

This project is now underway with a start on site in January 2007.
