This service builds on 25 years experience, beginning with master planning the Halifax site for Eureka! in 1987. I often lead multi disciplinary teams or offer specialist advice to clients in the regeneration and cultural fields.

The current large scheme, (shown left) Heartlands, has benefitted from a number of design workshops, which I led: it shows a high level of integration between living, working and recreation. It will run as a social enterprise to business disciplines for public benefit. Central to the planning process has been informing the designs with the operational and commercial needs of the project, making the project walking and cycling friendly and ensuring that it will operate a low carbon regime.
