We have been appointed under a contract between
Euclid and the Maltese Ministry for Tourism and Culture for two feasibility studies.
Firstly, the Garden City Project, which involves the creation and presentation of a garden network in Valletta and Floriana along with the establishment of the Mediterranean Art Project in the Ospizio Complex which also incorporates MIVA, the Institute for Visual Arts. The project aims to put into practice culture-led regeneration in the capital and its suburb.
This project, in terms of tourism, is aimed at enhancing the offer provided for cruise passengers visiting Valletta and improving the product offer of this cultural gem.
The second project involves the feasibility of the restoration and conversion of Villa Bighi, the West Wing and Zymotic Block of the Ex-Royal Naval Hospital in Bighi into a Music Academy. The rehabilitation of the complex involves restoration, conservation, building and landscaping.
We will again be working with our partner company Carmichael Project Management on this project.
