Under the title Fit For the Future, I have been running organisational development workshops for the Imperial War Museum's five sites. As usual I have used a variety of techniques with the senior team, including Logo Visual Thinking, story boarding, mind mapping and structured enquiry. The workshops use a challenge and response method and are designed to help teams re-examine their purpose, goals and direction of travel.

- Visitor services, security and operations
- ICT and information systems
- Collections (structure, role and remit)
- Duxford (roles and responsibilities)
We have met at two venues – HMS Belfast and The Churchill Museum and Cabinet War Rooms.
