A hallmark of my approach is applying creative problem solving to all stages of the project cycle, placing great emphasis on the inception stages, since research and experience tell me that whether projects succeed or fail depends on how they begin.

Past schemes have included Eureka! the first Children's Museum in UK and the Stirling Prize winning science centre, Magna in South Yorkshire. I have raised or secured £100 million for these and other developments.
